I started my career early in my teens working part-time in the travel industry, advertising, marketing and then kick-started her career working for the ICICI Group in the BFSI and ITES. Worked with ICICI group for over 8 years with 1000+ professionals across 3 countries. From a full-time professional to a full-time mother, I took a sabbatical and then kick-started her home baking business which then grew to scale into full-blown retail stores with over 50 lakhs in turnover.
Successfully built a confectionary business under the brand name – Chocokates, successfully running a confectionery business for the past 10 years for 5000+ super happy customers. Baking memorable cakes for customers as well as corporates. She particularly enjoys training individuals and especially children in baking and cake decoration.
COACH
Fulfilled my dream of becoming a certified trainer after joining TLC. As a coach and mentor, I have launched two online courses where I am guiding individuals to start their business from home and how to increase their profit in the baking business. I am a proud VP of the TLC Global = A Community of 600+ coaches and trainers. She manages two mastermind circles and works closely for the progress of the authors’ coaches’ trainers and speakers.
My philosophy in life is to learn, earn and return. My mission thus led to sharing my life success story with aspiring individuals who would like to follow my path of starting a Home-based business and growing it into a profitable one.
My mission in life is to help 100000 individuals to become financially independent and turn their dreams into realities.
AUTHOR
During the Pandemic, a few harsh realities were exposed. Confined to the four walls and having a routine which included doing only house work and no productive work, was becoming mentally tiring and exhausting. I realised my business was shut and I was on a forced vacation with nothing amusing to do! This is when I joined TLC – my life might be at a stand still but my learning need not be. I then resolved to make sure I share my journey of starting my business from my kitchen table to a successful retail confectionary brand becomes a story for others to follow. Thus started my journey as an author. I wanted to pen down my lessons for a self-help module, simple easily implementable and a guide to start your business from home. Being a Home-based Business start up coach I decided to write my book and the journey has been the most beautiful one. It was a path of self-discovery. I became an author not to change the world but to make sure the world doesn’t change me !

When God blesses you with a gift, it is your duty to share that gift with the world. A divine intervention realised and a beautiful dream was born, 16 authors from TLC Sirius Mastermind decided to join hands and launch a book- Values – 16 steps to success.
The sole objective of this book was to bring out one value that could be reflected upon and imbibed.16 different values that any reader can take inspiration and apply in their everyday life for success.
Authenticity – this is the value I chose to write about in this book. Authenticity is not something we have or don’t have. It’s a practice — a conscious choice of how we want to live. Authenticity is a collection of choices that we have to make every day. It’s about the choice to show up and be real. The choice to be honest. The choice to let our true selves be seen. I truly believe that authenticity is a value we need to follow as a way of life, and therefore I penned a chapter dedicated to this Value in the Co-authored book
A noble thought of attaching a cause with this book was transpired and we reached out to Humara Foundation – a NGO working with street kids for their empowerment and upliftment, who kindly agreed. All proceeds from the sale of the co-authored book will be given to the Humara Foundation.
Hamara Foundation initially founded in July 1989 as a field action project of Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) by Prof. Asha Rane in response to the emerging problems of street children in the city of Mumbai.
The primary goal of Hamara Foundation is to empower children on the street so that they have a chance of a better quality of life. Major objectives include reaching out to street children and homeless children, providing them with need-based services for their growth and development, and creating public awareness about issues pertaining to street children and homeless children.
Their mission is to ensure that no child should live on the street and that every child has an inherent right to dignity and respect. The organization believes in working towards creating the environment in which every child enjoys rights to survival, development, protection and participation and a happy childhood

On 4th September with a bunch of enthusiastic children and Trustees of Humara Foundation – Values- 16 steps to success, book was launched! It was a grand event with lot of inspirational shares from the children. TLC Sirius Mastermind leaders are committed to work with these children. 100% profit generated from the sale of the book will be contributed to the Humara foundation. Trainers, Authors and Coaches from TLC Sirius Mastermind will work closely with the Humara Foundation Trustees to conduct various workshops, coach the children and also inspire them to become authors!
